Time Line

Our recommended schedule in preparation for using OnTheDay.net for your race day.

1 month before Race Day

Get in contact with us to discuss your needs by email to promoters@ontheday.net.

2 weeks before Race Day

Send finalized flier and expected number ranges so your race can be configured.

The week before Race Day

Your race will be configured, but private. We’ll ask for your current reg list to provide some play data – you will receive login information so race personnel can learn how to use the site ahead of Race Day. We’ll set up a phone call to go over operation of the site.

Preregistration closes

Obtain the final list of pre-registered riders. Ask race personnel to stop testing the site.

Send the prereg info – we will process to make OnTheDay.net is ready for your race and your race will be published.

Registration opens

Race personnel report riders, add riders to categories and enter results. Spectators and racers are able to view the results when they are published using mobile devices!

Results can be printed from OnTheDay.net for posting beside registration.

End of Race Day

Rider counts and USA Cycling formatted results are immediately available.

  • Rider counts need to be submitted to the officials.
  • USAC formatted results are ready to be uploaded to the USAC site.
